A spectacular experience amongst waterfalls and rainforest in the Cairns Highlands

Your day begins with a drive up the scenic Gillies Range, overlooking the Mulgrave Valley. Enjoy a morning Tea at Lake Barrine Teahouse with freshly baked scones before the the informative Wildlife Cruise on Lake Barrine which is  volcanic crater filled with rain water.

Photographers will enjoy filming the Giant Curtain Fig Tree before visiting the waterfalls. Millaa Millaa Falls is one of the most famous waterfalls in Australia, and you will also see Mungalli Falls and Mena Creek Falls. After a 2 course lunch at Mungalli Falls we arrive at the Ma Mu Rainforest Canopy Walkway and Tower. Breathe in the magnitude of this stunning landscape from the Ma Mu canopy. At Paronella Park you will be accompanied by the park's guide for a leisurely tour of this fascinating place followed by afternoon tea. On this tour there will be free time to visit the remains of North Queensland's first hydro-electric plant on the beautiful Mean Creek.

Your tour concludes with a scenic drive home passing Mt Bellenden Ker and Mt Bartle Frere Arrive back in Cairns approximately 6.30pm when you will be taken to your accommodation.
